Stay alert: In recent years, there have been frequent scams involving phishing emails, fraudulent phone calls, SMS messages, and websites. Criminals impersonate NF Touch through various channels to send deceptive communications, misleading customers into clicking links to fraudulent websites and tricking them into disclosing personal, credit card, or sensitive information, as well as requesting money transfers in any form.
NF Touch is dedicated to safeguarding the personal data and online security of all our customers. We remind everyone of the following key points to avoid falling victim to scammers:
Please regularly update your password to ensure your account security. If you suspect that your account login details, password, or other sensitive information have been leaked, or if you suspect your account has been hacked, please change your password immediately to secure your account. If you suspect you have been scammed, please report it to the police for assistance.
