Stay alert: In recent years, there have been frequent scams involving phishing emails, fraudulent phone calls, SMS messages, and websites. Criminals impersonate NF Touch through various channels to send deceptive communications, misleading customers into clicking links to fraudulent websites and tricking them into disclosing personal, credit card, or sensitive information, as well as requesting money transfers in any form.

NF Touch is dedicated to safeguarding the personal data and online security of all our customers. We remind everyone of the following key points to avoid falling victim to scammers:

  1. To assist members in identifying legitimate SMS messages and combat fraudulent communications, all messages to local Hong Kong mobile subscribers are sent using our registered SMS sender name, #NFTouch.
  2. The official domain of the NF Touch website is nftouch.com.hk. Please verify the domain names of websites when you browse them and do not provide personal, credit card, or sensitive information through any suspicious links.
  3. Communications sent by NF Touch will never ask customers for passwords or sensitive personal information such as credit card details.
  4. Be cautious and alert if message titles contain phrases like "NF Touch Points Expiring Today", "Account Suspended Due to Violation", or "Reset Password Immediately" as they may trick you into clicking on links.
  5. When you need to perform transactions, please make sure you log in through the NF Touch website or mobile app and do not log in through hyperlinks provided in unknown emails.

Please regularly update your password to ensure your account security. If you suspect that your account login details, password, or other sensitive information have been leaked, or if you suspect your account has been hacked, please change your password immediately to secure your account. If you suspect you have been scammed, please report it to the police for assistance.
