The British Captain has collected delicacies from all over the world and settled in AIRSIDE. Classic dishes include traditional British fried cod and Japanese/Thai long French fries (with a variety of sauces), as well as Shunde’s authentic 90-year-old intangible cultural heritage brand "Min Xin" buffalo milk and double skin milk. A variety of special skewers are also sold: Zhanjiang beef skewers, hand-made Japanese six-inch long chicken cartilage sticks, pork meat, fresh mushrooms and cheese skewers, etc.
