What’s a festive season without great coffee? Jointly organised by The Mills and Biugorbiumui, the large-scale coffee market Urban Brew Summit will take place over two weekends in December— celebrating the vibrant intersection of coffee, music, art, sports, and party culture.

The event will feature over 40 local and international coffee, bakery, and lifestyle brands, including Ghost Coffee from Tainan, Plot Roasting from London, Glitch and Fuglen, Japanese coffee beans curated by Hong Kong’s M3 Coffee & Zakka, and Kyoto Express Coffee, known for its premium Kyoto beans, and more. Other highlights include local roasters such as My Little Coffee, Sipper Coffee, and HOME MADE CHILL x IF Coffee, bringing together top talents from Hong Kong. Adding hands-on experiences to the mix, Ricky Chan, Hong Kong’s reigning Coffee in Good Spirits Champion, will host an Irish Coffee Tasting Workshop and appear as a special guest barista. Singer-songwriter Cath Wong will share her passion for coffee through a live pour-over demonstration, blending artistry and aroma in perfect harmony.

Visitors can also join latte art workshops by My Little Coffee or take part in KOKO Coffee Roasters: Exclusive Coffee Fest Roastery Tour to dive into the world of specialty coffee.

 

The “Coffee Rave” Trend Lands in Hong Kong — A Natural High of Coffee, Fitness, and Music

Proving that energy doesn’t always come from late nights or alcohol, Urban Brew Summit introduces Coffee Rave, a phenomenon that has taken the younger generation by storm across the globe. It’s a chance for everyone to experience a ‘natural high’, energised by great music and the rich aroma of fresh coffee.

The Sunset Coffee Rave will feature rotating DJs mixing through the afternoon into dusk, with special vinyl sets spinning nostalgic Canto-pop classics to add a local touch.
