When was the last time you paused and asked yourself, “How am I really feeling?”
Manulife, in partnership with emotional education charity JUST FEEL, proudly presents the
“My Flag Day” Flag Design Competition Award Ceremony & Exhibition 2026.
Through children’s artworks, we invite you and your family to pause, notice and embrace both positive and negative emotions together.
What to Expect
🏆 Award Ceremony (8 May)
Winning students from both junior and senior categories will be honoured and share the stories behind their designs. The ceremony is open to the public.
💚 Emotional Wellbeing Interactive Experiences (8 May)
Short guided activities designed by Manulife, JUST FEEL and In Time of: Emo House, to invite parents and children to explore feelings and needs together in a meaningful way.
🎨 Exhibition (7–17 May)
Winning and selected student artworks will be showcased alongside interactive installations that encourage emotional expression and self-care.
