Founded in 1998, Sang Kee Goose in Sai Wan is the first braised goose shop on Queen's Road West. Its master braising sauce base has been officially designated for use by the Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce, earning it great popularity among both local residents and prominent city figures. Moreover, it has received the Michelin Bib Gourmand recommendation for three consecutive years, from 2024 to 2026.
